Not sure anyone with IWC actually monitors this. I'm assuming not. Anyone have a POC with IWC to reach out to for warranty support? I have two IWC offset mounts, one 1913 and one Haley Strategic scout mount and both mounts cracked at the screw head. I reached out to [email protected] ages ago and got no response... had totally forgotten about the industry forums here until today so just posting this to see if I can get some help. |

| Not criticizing IWC at all. Not sure why Haley Strategic just kicks the ball down the road and tells you to go back to the OEM on the mounts that they sold and had their logo on. I had mounting bolts strip out immediately when torqued way under manufacturer recommended spec on a HS badged IWC mount sold through the HS website. Maybe if HS cannot provide warranty support they need to ship the buyers whatever new light mounts they are selling as replacements. |
