I’m not making a complaint here I just want to make sure someone reads my messages before they fill my order for a replacement bolt.
I was loving the RTB bolt I bought. I fired over 1000 rounds through it over the last month 100% reliable until today when the extractor broke off.
I ordered another one after close of business of your customer service hours and two things; 1) I didn’t use the 20% off code, 2) I’m not sure I want another one until I can get replacement extractor parts.
I didn’t see a phone number to call and I was hoping to get some assurances on replacement parts. Until today I was very satisfied with the fit finish and function of the bolt and was building another
9mm carbine as a spare with pretty much the same specs and parts of the first one.
My original order number in October was 648671
I’m not looking for an answer tonight, just an answer before the new one ships.
