I tried calling and got what sounded like an Asian call center that told me there was no one available to talk to about warranty returns, that I needed to email [email protected]. I emailed with no response, then I tried the warranty form on the website with no response. I guess I'll look at live chat tomorrow as that seems to be the only solution left.
