I thought I remembered a thread about a big online retail or stopping sales to VA before July 1. |

Their webpage indicating that all non-serialized orders had to be shipped by June 30th, However today it was amended to add the word "affected" to the notice. Current Notice for VA and RI it doesn't help that they have deleted thread previously right here asking for clarification and have steadfastly refused to appear in another thread about how they treated an in person sale of magazines to a Maryland resident in one their SC stores. I foresee this thread disappearing before tommorow. |

| Any chance you guys will have more PS90s in stock that can be shipped before the cutoff date? I'm struggling to find one in stock in VA and PSA is the only vendor I know for sure is prioritizing VA shipments (thank you for that, all of my orders this past month have shipped ASAP). My fear is buying online from another vendor and not getting it before the cutoff. |

| I’m getting a little antsy myself. I placed an order for a stripped lower, then thought I better get some mags also, so I placed a second order for those. Received a “back in stock” alert for yet another item within a few hours, so I immediately placed an order for that (full firearm) item. The first two have been delivered or are on their way, the BIS firearm order has been “Processing” over five days now. WTH? I know things are busy, but dang! |

Just wanted to say my orders have been getting through quickly, especially receivers or complete guns. Can you confirm that this is correct? VA Shipping Database According to this google doc, and the referenced Reddit post, PSA will send all the parts after July 1. Attached File If so, that would be outstanding. If you have already addressed this, I haven’t seen anything official. |

| VA state admin is to blame for certain, so I'm here to gripe. Caught up in the flip flop - PSA was still shipping to VA w/ the stay of execution, finally decided I'd complete purchase of a HK SP5, it's in stock and at a price I'm willing to pay, FFL ready to receive, PSA site says 'not shipping to VA' again. Happy 250th to everybody except the VA tyrants, they're invited to shampoo my crotch. |

The new VA laws are written to be intentionally vague, especially the one making FFLS and such civilly liable and able to be sued by the VA attorney general. I hope an FFL or gun related business inside / outside of the Commonwealth is willing to be a plaintiff with backing of the GOA or similar organization. It is clearly interfering with interstate commerce which is the purview of the Federal Government. Even if a lawsuit prevails then, it will take years to get a resolution. |
