SWFA has always been my first stop for scopes, spending thousands over the years but holy cow what cluster f**k. This may be the last time for them. Ordered 2 Trijicon scopes exactly a month ago, 1 Credo 1-8 and a ACOG 3x30. Shipping notice on 4/16. The package I received contained a Credo 2-10 or whatever and nothing else. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and said they would send me a return label. Never showed up, had to send the scope back on my own dime. Both scopes showed in stock when ordered (4/11). Now Credo is out of stock and 8-10 weeks, which I said fine but ACOG still shows in stock and I haven't received a damn thing. This is over a 2k order and unless someone here can do something about it I'm left with disputing the charges. Order # 100103670. Talked to an Andy Nunn first then a Wendy Bagby. Last communication was 2 weeks ago...crickets since. Very poor handling of this. Frankly, as a business owner myself, if I screwed up this bad I would have shipped whatever I could out the very next day, overnight. @SWFA |
