The LaRue Muzzle-Brake Adapter was designed for the new LaRue TranQuilo line of silencers. It is precision-machined from 17-4 PH Stainless Steel. The Adapter’s patented dual-shouldered design seats the TranQuilo suppressor in perfect alignment to the bore, eliminating gas from escaping to the rear of the suppressor…keeping attachment threads clean and free of carbon. |

I think it is the regular length hand guard, the one shown has 11 holes at the top, just like the other 16" barrel model's hand guard. The shortened one has 9 but the barrel does look longer in the pics I have seen.

Notice the panels have been moved back too. It's the same guard used on the 5.56 14.5" tOBR. Nothing new but the color. Count the screw holes for the grip panels and accessory pic rail. |

Extra vent hole on the receiver side. 11 on the UDE and 10 on the standard 14.5" guard. That appears to be the only difference I can see. |
