Last completed step I have is "Documents signed" -
Been sitting like that for two weeks now.

The next one up is preparing for eForms (but it's not highlighted as current step)

Hit up your dealer. Mine called to tell me I needed to come in to certify like a week after I did my docusign. Did you set up your e-forms yet?
