I can't believe how long it has taken me to find all the parts needed (and the cost of the parts has been incredibly high), but I am at the final steps for being able to get this done! http://pullig.dyndns.org/retroblackrifle/ModGde/CrbGde/607.html I have a factory Colt 11.5" barrel (C MP CB marked). I need to get it to the size that 607's used, which is 10" like the pic below. I already removed the FSB from this so that I could put on the triangle end cap, but haven't reassembled it yet. The FSB already has no bayo lug. 1) Before I send the barrel to you, should I put the FSB back on first to ensure the cut is made in the proper spot (see pic), or send it as it currently is, completely stripped? 2) What size gas port are you going to use for a 10" barrel?
