Vortex scope reticle shifted when changing magnification. Customer service sent shipping label immediately. Five days later I had a new scope. Oops, it was 1 inch tube not 30mm. Customer service sent the second replacement before I could even send back the wrong one. That and a free t-shirt and hat. Wish all vendors were this good.

Their warranty is tops. They replaced a prism red dot because a battery corroded in it.

We are in the middle of a Communist Revolution in the USA.
There is no voting our way out of this.
