Sorry for my slow response, as I was at SHOT show. I would call Bering at 817-453-9966. They were also at SHOT show, and I am sure are very behind catching up emails and voicemails, etc. I would continue calling until someone picks up. Let them know you lost your eyecup, and I believe they will send you another one. When you get it and put it on, I would recommend you use a piece of electrical tape and run it all the way around where the two pieces meet. This will keep it from falling off, but still allow you to remove it you need to later on.

Appreciate the response.

The electrical tape is a good idea.  That thing was constantly getting knocked off.

Bering also has an eyecup called the Tactical EyeCup. It wraps around the entire eyepiece. It doesn't come off, but the rubber is a lot stiffer. You could request this instead, but I still prefer the standard with electric tape.
