I have an Sig MPX 13” barrel, that I want to remove the existing 3” muzzle device and install a MBX brake.

The Sig barrel as I understand is 13.5x1 LH and the MBX is 1/2x28 RH.
I bought an adapter from Hughes Precision. 13.5x1 LH female to 1/2x28 RH male.

Can you do a P&W on this?

So you want the adapter pinned to the barrel, and the brake pinned to the adapter? Should be possible as long as there is a room for the pin/welds.

I'm no good at telling people what they want to hear when I dont believe it myself :)
