Current shipping times are seven business days from date of order. We've increased staff, hours and capacity in an effort to reduce lead-time to 3 days by 2/15.

I understand things are crazy right now, but as a marketing guy - setting expectation for your customers leads to a good experience on both sides. Still looking forward to getting a superior product from your company, so I am not angry or terribly upset, just wish that I understood the reality of the order when I placed it. |

Today was day 5 for me too Its ok though, cause the items I ordered are for a Troy Alpha rail that just got in today but I'll be sending my upper out to adco for assembly so I've got a week or two before I need them.

I placed an order with a top-shelf arms supplier for a part for my personal weapons and got this reply:
"We are working through all of the orders on our webstore. Orders are currently shipping within 5-7 days. Orders will be processed in the order they are received and we are unable to give order status or lead time information at this time.
