Sent an email to Customer Service this morning.  Hopefully it gets answered soon.  I really want my new TRP to be my carry gun but not with this issue

Calling is better.  I just sent back my second SA in the last 6 months.  Hoping for good results this time as they fixed my Emissary problem quickly and successfully but it would not run a mag without several jams before I sent it back.  My new TRP Operator full rail was rattling right out of the box at the dealer (poorly fitted grip safety).  I'm not sure how it left QC if there is one that way but I'm hoping for the best.  They do truly seem to want to make you happy and I have faith..........

PS: Got it back in about 10 days with a properly adjusted grip safety and for $53 they changed out the ILS that came on it I didn't want. But I figured after having to send back a $1500+ pistol I may as well get it done as it's already disassembled. Quick turnaround and hopefully good shooter as I haven't even fired the pistol yet. At least their CS is good as their QC has issues. I recently got an Operator TB with the ALS cut which is 100% BADASS but 2 out of 4 going back isn't a great track record for QC but at least they stand behind their products. Good help is hard to find especially in this industry. Kudos to Kody in CS.
