I purchased a SMC for my MOE handguards, I use a standard side sling swivel.
I am wondering if I am mounting it incorrectly as the actual SMC clears the side sling swivel but the 1" flashlight ring does not fully clear it. The sling swivel is held at roughly less than 90 degrees forward with the ring and flashlight mounted. Is this how it is supposed to work? From seeing the older pics here I was hoping the whole thing would clear the sling swivel.. Or is that the TMC for M4 and standard hand guards only? |
