| I don’t really see the RRA name out there like I use too. Is RRA still a gtg company to buy uppers and carbines from or has their product gone down when compared to other big name industry leaders ???? |

-They don't really innovate. Their products have become stagnant.
-If you wanted a Picatinny stock adapter for one of their stupid expensive pistols, they wanted a copy of a tax stamp... even if a brace was going on it. -Overpriced for what they are. -Not milspec but on the higher end of commercial stuff. -Commercial buffer tubes, not staked (easy enough to do yourself, but wtf attention to detail guys) -They were caught giving money to IL Democrats for an exemption from a dealer law. I won't buy rock river til management changes/resigns. When I first got into guns though, maybe around 2011 I used to drool over their catalog. It's funny 8 years later and its still pretty much the same stuff/set ups. They used to come out with new stuff pretty often, but not so much anymore. They were on top of their game when the piston thing was popular. |

My first AR was a RRA 16 in. I still have it and it's an accurate rifle.
Out of the box it was well over 7 lbs and needed some money invested to drop the weight. As stated above, they don't really innovate and have fallen a bit by the wayside with the glut of other manufacturers out there, especially on social media and with "influencers." That said, RRA has always been reliable. |

Being a larger company sometimes has its drawbacks, one of which is that it isn't as responsive as it used to be when it was two guys working out of a garage. There's a lot going on, but a lot of it isn't in our AR platforms.
