Any reason you would suggest this over a Resonator intended for a bolt gun in 6.5CM, and occasionally .300AAC?

ETA; For my next can, I'm really just looking for maximum suppression/best tone and the least amount of POI shift. Weight doesn't matter on this one.

Of the two, I'd pick the Resonator. For least amount of POI shift, less weight is alway better! If you can swing the cost, the Thunder Beast Ultra 9 is fantastic and known for it's minimal POI shift.

Yeah, an Ultra 9 is actually my top pick, but I'd like one more .30 can that can kinda fill that role until I get one. Thanks for the help!

Maybe to resurrect.... Anyone else get one of these yet?

I did have the chance to visit with Steve from Rex Silentium while I was in Bozeman over the summer. The cans are very quiet and well made. Their 338 model does extremely well, I was surprised! The nice thing about Rex is you can configure your specific can they way you want.

Thanks. The Surface's have always held my interest, but two things have killed them for me in the past: price (I can look past this), and inability to service the battery myself (I use machines until they are 10+ years old). Can the new Surfaces be serviced by the end user?

I did fine the Dell Inspiron 11 interesting, with a Pentium N3710, however I will say its slight larger than I would like.

Very true on all points. I'm an Apple guy however.
