I’m wondering about a sbr upper. @riflespeed 10.3” is not possible, is it? 9.5” rail? .308 16” rifle gas   Add: I’m extremely happy with that build. Smooooth and the rear gas, I swear, improved. I shot the M4A1 (fsb Colt model) and definitely noticed some gas suppressed. I did not notice gas from the .308. Idk if RS has anything to do with it, my nose is my data lots of laughs. I wanted space between the can and adjustment. They get hot. |

You can run the RS7524 on a 10.3" carbibe with 9.5" barrel but you will need to run a space that is no larger than the barrel to push the muzzle device out just enough to clear the gas control. Depending on the muzzle device and suppressor, you may have issues since the gas control ends flush with the barrel threads. The RS7524 is perfect for a 10.5" carbine gas barrel with a 9.5" handguard. |
