Can I order just the 10mm DI bolt and barrel(w gas block and tube) from you? I'm doing a bit of tinkering and will need a wide upper(which I already have) and already have a handguard planned for the build. Would it be possible to get just these items instead of the whole upper? If so, what would be the cost? I work over nights so it's hard for me to call the shop. Thanks! |
| No sir, I don't sell components. EVERY time I have I have regretted it. I will be happy to use components you supply for the build, But if I don't assemble and test fire I don't ship. 10mm is done one at a time as demand hasn't made it possible to do CNC production runs. Call me at the shop .....sounds like a custom lower and mag? |

| Hey Rudy thanks for getting back to me. I'll just order the whole upper tomorrow before I go to sleep. To answer your other question yes it'll be a custom lower that I haven't begun working on yet, when I do and if it doesn't work out then at least I can follow your directions on the sale page and go with an Angstat large frame Glock lower and know that'll work with it. |

Yo Rudy! Hope all is well! Last we spoke on the phone you had mentioned you would have the upper completed and shipped out by Christmas. That time is fast approaching and I just wanted to ask if prior to shipping you'd loosen up the barrel nut for me as I've heard in other threads here they can be exceptionally tight and difficult to remove for some people. I'd appreciate it if possible. Thanks, Thomas |
| You're the best Rudy! Thanks a ton. I'm just working with amateur gunsmithing tools and already had an overly tightened barrel nut just go to shreds on me. I had to cut the damn thing off as it was way overtightened and the tool destroyed the gripping indentations. |
The new Macon Armory Handguards, do not reuire indexing, so consistent torque is simple. I am VERY pleased with the new design. |

| Yeah I noticed that Rudy about your handguard, I like it a lot. I'm struggling to find a Large frame Glock lower though. BCP doesn't have any for sale and doesn't know when or if they'll be available again, and Angstadt stopped production of them over a year ago. I called both manufacturers. Looks like I got a $900 paper weight for the time being. I appreciated the conversation we had this afternoon. Thanks for trying to help. |
