If a web order, the site generates an e-mail establishing that you've placed an order.
If you phoned the ordering, we typically do not send an e-mail as we have just gotten off the phone with you.
Please let me know if you need more info or want to confirm tthat your order is "in".

There's something going on with the order response portion of theprocess...some are going out and some aren't.
