PSA complete upper. 18" 416r stainless 1/7 twist. PSA fluted buffer tube. PSA ultralight castle nut. Larue MBT two stage trigger. Magpul buis. Gamma vg6 muzzle brake. PSA lower parts kit. Going to have a magpul str stock in gray. Magpul moe gray grip. Ordered a magpul trigger guard and foregrip in gray. Saving for a better scope but I'm hoping this will be a good shooter. Rifle length gas system. |

For months and months, I have had a McKay Enterprises lower that I built up sitting on my shelf trying to figure out what to do with it. Since it was in a basic configuration, my first thought was to do a simple M4 type build. As time went one, I deliberated about changing it up and doing a more of an upgraded build. After Christmas, I made a decision to just do a simple and inexpensive M4 type build and bought an Aero Precision phosphate M16 BCG and ordered a PSA 16" Carbine Length 5.56 NATO 1:7 M4 Nitride Freedom Upper (No BCG or CH). This is the first complete upper assembly I have ordered from PSA. I also ordered a Primary Arms Micro SLx and absolute co-witness mount. I did utilize a charging handle and MAGPUL MBUS sight I already had laying around. Here is the finished product. I need to get it to the range next week to see how well it performs. PSA Upper and Lower. I have a few more rifles built with PSA uppers all have been great. This one came with a damaged forward Assist. It had six big gashes on the forward Assist almost looked like it had been held inside a vise. I replaced the forward assist with a new I had laying around. Love this rifle saving up for a 1-6 scope and mount

Attached File Attached File First PSA upper: PSA 10.5” CHF classic with BCG and charging handle; bought during Christmas special as my present to myself. It is mounted on my Stag Arms lower that I Formed1 ages ago. I added the following: (1) KAC RAS (2) Surefire M952 light with Malkoff LED upgrade (3) Old cut down USGI carry handle A few observations: (1) the barrel is clearly marked FN HP MP (2) FSB was aligned perfectly and not crooked (3) BCG could have had a little better staking but I fixed that with my MOAKS tool. Bolt is clearly marked “C158” same as my other Toolscrafts. (4) rifle is a tad over gassed because of port size. Will change out gas tube to BRT for correct gas port size and less wear on internals and barrel. PSA, please do what Daniel Defense did and go towards the Crane Specs and make it .070 gas port size. FN can do it easily (5) Delta Ring and A2 flash hider are not parkerized but nitrided. Would rather have parkerized or a much duller color. Might change out flash hider to accolade my SPECWAR suppressor All in all, I am very happy with the upper, so much so I was looking at buying a 10.5” CHF with Geissele MK8 rail for my birthday later this month. Unfortunately you are out of stock. PSA, what is your ETA on those? |

Attached File Anderson lower. PSA everything else. Original PSA trigger group was terrible. I got the PSA drop in and it seems great. I haven't fired it with the PSA drop in yet. |

My 10.5" PSA SBR: PSA Lower + PSA Lower Parts Kit + PSA H Buffer/Spring PSA 10.5" Nitride Upper Fail Zero BCG KNS Trigger Pins BCM Mod 3 CH BCM Mod 3 Grip BCM Foregrip B5 Govt Issue Sopmod Stock Matech Rear Sight KAC Rail Streamlight TLR-1 HPL Vortex Crossfire Gen 2 Vortex Micro 3x YHM Turbo Suppressor (still in jail)   This setup has got roughly 10k rounds through it and serves as my entry gun. It's got some cosmetic wear and tear from multiple classes, SWAT school, Instructor classes, etc, but it just adds character. Through those 10k rounds, I've had 0 issues. One of the NRA Instructor classes I attended, I purposefully did not clean the rifle to find the point of failure. It took over 1k rounds with no issues, I cracked it open, wiped down the exterior of the BCG, lubed it back up, and fired another estimated 500 rounds with no issues. I absolutely trust this gun, and am curious to see how it does with the can on it. I am eyeing the PSA 10.5" FN Barreled Geissele Upper for a future purchase and to run that upper as the dedicated suppressed upper. I also recently finished building this tack driver with some PSA parts to include the lower, EPT, lower parts kit, and DLC Coated BCG. I paired it up with an Aero upper, rail, and a BA 18" .223 Wylde Barrel. It does really well at distance...

 PSA 8.5" 300blk. Bought the pistol kit with the moe+ grip and ept trigger. I'm waiting for my suppressor to get approved then this will probably be my deer hunting setup. Scope is a 1x4x24. Light is a surefire scout light. I'm really happy with this build, everything went together great the fit is very nice. |

Most expensive PSA ARV on the planet i think. Maxim defense cqb brace and pistol buffer $400, Dead air wolfman $800, x-products skeletonized 50rd drum mag $230, see all sight $100, 7 inch Aero precision handguard $140. I got more in accessories than a factory built arv costs new. Also a 2 stage trigger in there that was $100.

My new PSA 10.5” CHF upper with Geissele MK-14 rail. Very nicely built, no forging marks on receiver except on the bottom rear take down hole. PSA put their markings on top of the rail which is covered by the Sig Romeo 4H. Attached File |
