I have about reached my end with frustration regarding this optic. I’ve posted here before and filed returns with PA twice due to an issue where the illumination for the reticle flickers on and off during recoil and dry fire. The first time, I thought it was me over tightening the battery cap and cancelled my return. After a month of continued use it began again. I filed a return online months ago but never received anything. I moved on as life happens and would now like to either A) receive some advice on how to get this thing operational (although I’ve lost a great deal of trust in it) B) return for repair or refund or C) sell to anyone willing at half price. PA if you see this, please help me. To anyone else, have you had this issue or have advice. It’s almost like the tighter you go with the battery cap the worse the issue is. But it’s not over tightening because if I go any looser it will no doubt back out completely under recoil.

I know this is a fantastic optic. I haven’t lost my faith in PA altogether but I am beyond frustrated. I should’ve pushed the issue after not receiving anything from my second return filing. That’s on me. But now I’d like an answer from PA. Even if it’s just a “sorry bro, you’re SOL”.

Update on this:

I called PA (probably should’ve just done that before this post) and I am being taken care of. Sent a short vid of the issue so they know I ain’t crazy. The PLXc is an incredible optic. I’m confident I’m the only one who got a lemon but it looks like it will be resolved. Shout out to Isaac for the help!
