That's funny! When I clicked into the thread, I thought maybe you meant the packaging was poor - as both of my orders from PK had been VERY well packed. But yeah - I noticed the cigar smell after opening the carton and got a chuckle out of it. My thought was that "here's a place with happy workers", and happy employees tend to put out good products.

I've ordered from PK for years, but never really noticed anything til this order (or I blotted it from my memory; it's been awhile since I ordered and I have a 18 month old daughter, guaranteeing poor memory).
Yeah, it stinks. I threw the packaging away in the post office. Including the cool looking color glossy fold-out poster / gun facts flier-thingy. Which I actually wanted to read, but was unwilling to let sit in my car or home. I'm pretty sure I know most of the information on it, but I already had other people in mind to pass it along to for 'persuasion reading'. |
