| I have many Vortex optics across several platforms. They always seemed great bang for the buck but I never had to test the warranty. Well I finally did. I had a red dot malfunction. 1 week from my phone call to a brand new dot was on my door step. Outstanding customer service. Customer service is what keeps customers and I can gladly say Vortex did great, thank you. |
