| Ordered items on May 6. No status update on shipping. Just says processing. No answer to two emails that I sent them or a DM/IM from this site. And they don’t return calls unless it’s during business hours according to their answering machine message. Anybody knows what’s going on? |
| My last order from them was delayed by a few days in late march, nothing new considering other vendors I order from, but recently I tried to order a few mags and the shipping quotes were totally ridiculous, only UPS options and no $5 flat rate shipping like before and they state on their website they will not be taking phone orders due to increased business. |

It got resolved pretty quick after I put an order in for a a police trade in pistol. They got it to my FFL in just a few days. They also messaged me here regarding my first issue Other online stores are slow as well. Optics Planet kept pushing up the ship date so I just canceled. Glockstore did the same thing. Their shipping took longer than watching a Lenny McGill YouTube video. Canceled that order and ordered from Midway and got it in about 7 days. |
