Guys, can you help on this order? It’s been sitting at the Starwood, WA Post Office for a week with the status “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending.” I tried to put in a service request with the USPS, but the USPS won’t let me since it hasn’t been accepted yet. Thanks, Wags |

Yeah that means we made a label, didn't catch your order needed to made and it was included on the scan sheet. We didnt cancel the label time We'll track it down, but I guarantee you it's going to get finished and dropped off this week. It's probably the belt, that's holding it up. |
