This order is super late and I added a message to my order on the website a couple of days ago with no reply. Tracking shows "Accepted
Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" on 9-26 and honestly I'm just following up now. Any help?

We don't get notified if a notes been added to the order. pretty dumb

They are taking care of it now and you should get new tracking shortly. Shipping gal remembers shipping yours because of the "reprehensible" comment and the picture she drew.
