Hi, just following up on order 199704. I reached out on the website though email and never got any response. It shows that it was shipped out on the 14th but it was never accepted by the PO. Not sure what happened. All my other orders made during this month have been shipped and received, (197728, 198816, 199018, 199600, and 200443 which is out for delivery today) but 199704 is in limbo. Hi, so I received my order except it is not what I ordered. I paid for pouches on the side and it was naked on both sides. In addition to that I received a black shoulder strap, not a matching shoulder strap like what it shown on the website. Yeah the only kywis that came with it was the extra quad pouch that I ordered. I did get extra malice clips though, so theirs that. Esstac is great, this is only order I’ve ever had any kind of issue with out of years and thousands of dollars spent on Esstac stuff. That is a pretty good ratio. |
