I recently ordered a Tactical Lt-150 QD Mount for my M4 build which arrived today. Being an ex-journeyman machinist and CNC Application/Manufacturing Engineer I truly appreciate the time and engineering that went into this superior piece of tooling.
The design, finish and function are truly unsurpassed. This mount has definitely won me as a life long customer. The bumper stickers, Tactical Cap, Tactical Beverage Entry Tool and Diilo Dust were unexpected but thoroughly appreciated. Thanks agin, Jerry Powers N24.43....W81.02 |

I have made several orders with larue in the past. Never had any problems except for one. In one of my orders, which was in January IIRC, I ordered several items (CTR stock, troy BUIS and a few other little things). All items showed in stock when I placed my order. Several days later I get my order and it has everything except the CTR stock. I checked my e-mail and it said that the CTR stock was on backorder. No biggie, that kind of thing happens. Sent an e-mail asking if there were expecting them any time soon. Quick e-mail back explaining that Magpul just sends them randomly since demand was so high at the time. Couple of months go by and still nothing. Send another e-mail just to make sure the order didn't get forgotten about, get a quick response and same thing, they are still waiting. They had gotten some in a different color and askef if I want to switch. I declined and waited another month or so before finally just canceling that part of the order and buying elsewhere. I completely understand that they have no control what is shipped to them. My only problem was that on their website the CTR stock was shown as being in stock when it was not. I also understand that an item might go out of stock quickly and they are not able to update it as being "on back order" quickly enough. That is fine, but after months of waiting for the item, it still showed as being in stock on their website when it was clearly not. If I would have known beforehand that it was not in stock I would have saved myself much time and hassle trying to get the item I wanted. This hasn't really swayed me from buying larue since I still like their products and their customer service, but it is something people should know about. |

So I got this email today ...
Mark; Last weekend I competed in the Phoenix Combat Classic (Police/EMT/Fire shoot). I recieved a prize bag that contained "Dillo Dust". I tried your rub on some chiclen last night and it was GREAT !! Thank you for sponsoring so many matches throughout the year and I hope to see you again at the SHOT show or one of the many matches I attend. P.S. I still have 2 of the cutting boards you made back in the early 90's. They are still going strong. For God, Country, and Corps............. The boards he speaks of are some of our HDPE cutting boards* we made way-back-when ... and sold to Williams-Sonoma for several years literally by the ton. They ultimately found someone that "beat our price" (even though we were the ones to introduce them to quality). Anyhow, the new 8th-grade woodshop stuff they replaced us with didn't sell. And whenever the new buyer there in 'Frisco looked up white cutting boards, she could only see the history the replacement crap created and the rest was swept into history.

Got my first LaRue order in yesterday and I'm totally addicted now.
I ordered an LT-105 for my TA33-8 and the velcro hat with the patch set. The mount arrived in just a couple days with, from what I've read, the normal goodies of an OD hat, dust, dillo, and stickers. Love everything, its all high quality! Didn't get the hat and patches so I sent an email last night just asking if they were on back-order or discontinued. Amy got back to me this morning saying they will be shipped out when they're back in stock. I've been an admirer of the LaRue products and service since I started on here when I bought my AR. After experiencing both first-hand I'm hooked. Great company, great products. Thanks so much Mark (and Amy)! I'll be ordering myself some birthday presents in a couple months!

If u would like I could ask them politely to reconsider you cutting boards and in return I could get a store dicount since I am working there on a brand new Larue cutting board

That's the impression that I get, and exactly why LT gets my bidness whenever I need something AR.  ETA: Producing the best optics mounts ever could also have something to do with it.  |

I have to say, when i first started building by ebr, I always thought that your products must have been ok but way over hyped. I was pretty sure everyone was just engaged in some big "no, i love larue tactical more!" contest. A week ago i bought this
Surefire G2 LED and LT-707 Mount 770-024-707 I am seldom as happy with my new rifle parts as i was with this. Its rock solid and just plain perfect. If i had more money, i'd be buying my mounts off of you on the regular. until then, i'm not buying shit. I will never compromise on quality parts again. Thank you. |

Got my first order from LaRue - a Surefire M300A with LT-172 mount. I love the light, mount, and all the free goodies. Getting home to my LaRue package gave me the same feelings as seeing the presents under the tree on Christmas morning. Thanks LaRue!
The mount is tough as nails and smooth as butter and is so much better than my POS ARMS mounts that I have for my Aimpoint and 3X magnifier. As funds allow, I'll be replacing those with LaRue mounts.

Another positive experience from Larue!
I started gathering parts for another build back in May and that's when I bought a Larue 10" handgaurd. Well as time went on I decided I would like an 11" instead. Now mind you the 10" sat in the original box the entire time and never been mounted so I talked to the fine folks at Larue and they said send it in and we will exchange it (pending their inspection of the piece). Well needless to say they did and I now have a 11" and am very satisfied! Thanks again larue! |

More than happy with my bipod adapter, LaRue never fails to impress! I love all my LT products so much and brag them up (not that they need it) that my dad decided they must be something special and is going to go all LaRue on his new SR 556. Also wanted to say that I ordered a Ft. Hood memorial BET, and just couldnt help myself from adding more and more into the cart. Damn you LaRue! Its getting chilly, so I needed an ARmor Dillo fleece hat, and it all snowballed from there. Me and my monies are soon parted. Thanks! ETA: He just ordered an SPR mount and a bipod mount for his SR 556. |

Just wanted to say thanks to Brian for helping me out on the phone yesterday and getting things squared away quickly. My wife was listening and said I sounded like a jerk when I said something along the lines of not expecting to get anyone on the phone. That was simply bc I know you guys are always busy and it was so close to closing time. Sorry if they came out wrong. I really appreciate you guys, your customer service and I don't want anyone else's products on my rifle. I use my rifle daily at work and know if I do my part, the hardware will do it's part for keeping my shift, myself and my district safe.
Thanks guys and thank you Brian, sorry if I came off like a tool. Hopefully next year I can buy a stealth upper and make it up to you.

Ordered a TAD hoodie today on the phone. I was hoping that a order I placed earlier hadn't shipped yet. While I was on hold waiting to see if they were in stock I think I spoke to everyone in the shop. Turns out order was shipped a few days ago. Actually found it on my door step this evening. Thanks again to the LaRue crew! A+ customer service and a A#1 product. |

emailed them about a small order I made, just to see about a tracking number and when to be on the lookout for a larue tactical box containing my Ft.hood dillo and some index clips.. within 15 minutes I recieved a reply! you guys never cease to amaze me with your "unheard of in this day and age" super fast replies and personal touch in the customer service depertment!

I just got my first order from LaRue in today. I got a mount for my Aimpoint M4 (the factory one kept coming loose), a 17S mount (gonna eventually use it to mount a camera to my rifle), and a pair of Peltor Tactical Sports (upgrading from my old Tac 6s). Of course, I got all the goodies everyone always raves about on here: Dillo, Dillo dust, hat, and bumper stickers. So far I'm happy with everything. I'm gonna hit the range in a few and sight in with the new mount. On Saturday I'll get a chance to really use some of this stuff at a pistol/carbine match.

I just came back from Iraq on the tenth of this month (DEC), and finally with normal internet again, I'm finally able to say thank you for a remarkable product, as I had purchased your mount for the X300. IT worked flawlessly for the tme I had it (some jerk POS stole it while I was on R&R). I also really appreciated the Dillo Dust, it went so well with adhoced BBQ's. I'm looking forward to buying your products again in the future with my future 2 builds to be done in the future (tax money). Keep on rockin' with theose great products of yours, Adam |

| I ordered an LT-150 for my Vortex Strike Fire 2 weeks ago–––– When my package arrived I was amazed to see the hat, the dillo dust (great on pork chops), and the dillo (wish it was black, but since it is purple it will hang on the tree) LaRue Tactical has some top notch guys working for them, and they make a great product–––– as a sidenote, my wife let me get a Comp M3 for me for Christmas, and the only local source was The Outpost Armory in Christiana, TN (owned by the same tools that own Barrett Firearms) After I purchased it, one of the sales people @ the BARRETT FIREARMS OWNED shop asked me which mount I wanted to buy to go with it––- they had some Barret Mount and an ARMS Mount––-I told them about the LaRue/ Arms Battle for Shot Show, and the tool beind the counter told me how great ARMS is––––-I wish I could have shown him the thread on here!! LT MAKES GREAT MOUNTS, AND I CAN NOT WAIT TO MAKE MY NEXT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!!! THX GUYS!!!! |

I just wanted to say thanks to the Larue team. Got my first Larue product (BUIS) and I love this thing. Aimpoint Comp ML2 in the standard mount is next followed by the covert rifle case and first aid kit. U have my business for life. It all started with a green dillo last christmas. I got two purple dillos this year and decided to be nice and gave one to my girlfriend and the other to her dad. I also got the Extremely right wing sticker that my girlfriend has allways wanted, so she got that too. I don't know if this is the place to make this comparison, But there are only two companies that have my intrest in mind that I trust unconditionally... Rat Cutlery and Larue Tactical. Not trying to sell anything here, just saying. Warrenties are great and products are great for both companies. I don't know of too many companies out there anymore that meet these reqirements and beyond. Thanks Larue

Just wanted to say thanks. The wife, MIL and mom all ordered stuff from LT to, "keep you safe at work!" and they said the people on the phone were super friendly and helpful. They were all a bit timid about ordering up gear for my work rifle but said they could not have been happier when calling LT and dealing with them.
Apparently it is highly likely they will order gifts in the future for me from LT. besides saying thanks for helping to "keep me safe at work," I wanted to say thank you for treating my family so well and making ordering simple and effortless for them. |

Right now I'm grilling a new york strip with my DilloDust. It's turned out to be a great week. Wow, the guns are great, but Mark you have replaced my old rub... You dethroned Stubb, who is actually in Austin as well. |

Can't say enough about my most recent (20 minutes ago) transaction with ya'll. Got pointed in the right direction on who to talk with, and you guys took time out of your busy day to help me out with a small order and made sure it was gonna get here before my Thursday flight to Afghanistan. Well, my first ever package from Mark was for the 2010 mount challenge. All said, AEWSOME. I ordered another mount and a Aimpoint cover the next week and got it fast. I'm planning another order for a Surefire light mount to replace my last ARMS mount. I'm getting rid of all ARMS products and replacing them with LaRue and Troy stuff.
