Any chance the BRN-180 lowers will be back at some point. I always though these were unique and completed the look. I almost bought one last year and regret not getting one since I plan on a BRN-180 build at some point in the future. |

   Nothing fancy but I love this rifle! Brownells, please oh please oh please, if you’re reading this….do another run on the retro lowers! I would love to build this….  On a Gen 2 upper, I’m not interested in the Gen 3 and the brn 180 only makes sense to me in an updated retro configuration…. |
If a 147 grn 9mm at 1000 FPS is the hammer of Thor then a 165 grn. 40 at 1200 fps must a lightening bolt from Zeus!

Picked up another BRN-180  Replacing my old Gen1 16" with a gen 2.5 13.9" upper purpose built for competition Jag carbon handguard, NX8, APA brake, tuned gas, polished internals, enlarged controls, JP bolt components Might swap out the lpvo setup for something lighter but it's 7lbs as it sits, balances well, and zero recoil

Yeah I like it - really changed the balance of the gun (in a good way) and little heat retention even after a couple mags Just recently got it assembled, been testing/tuning along with my reloads on the range the past few weeks Will be running it @ Zombies in the Heartland 3gun at the end of the month |
