So, trying to do the Form 1 through Silencer shop. Filled out the form as correct as I could be, including putting the model of the firearm, a MKE AP5 LT/T94 pistol, on the form. Anyways, I was checking it today, saw I needed to certify it, but when I checked the form, it seemed to have reverted some things. Under the "Full Autottm eForms", it shows "N/A' under product name. Went to the manage forms, and it shows: N/A, MKE (MAKINA VE KIMYA INDUSTRISI) Most of the information looked the same, but I put "TURKEY" (as shown on the "made in..." stamp, but it now says "TURKIYE". Would this result in my form 1 being denied? I know the information was defferent when I submitted it before. |
Turkiye is the correct spelling in eForms, even though the marking on the gun uses the common English spelling. Now I've never done one though SS, but that "N/A" part I would double check. If they reverted that as the model designation then that would be a mistake. |
