I've been packing around an esstac DST medical pouch in multicam black for a few years now. Setting up a new belt in M81. I ordered the new and improved V2 med pouch. Here are some side by side photos. The new version is a bit less weight. V1 = 6.9oz V2 = 6.2oz I really like the quick detach buckle on the new version and the laser cut slots for mounting on the back.
