My PSA M16A2 lower has a metal burr or blister protruding inside the bolt catch pocket that binds up the bolt catch and prevents it from pivoting and functioning. I tried 3 different bolt catches all Schmid tool marked, which function other lower receivers. I can feel the rough metal burr sticking up above the surrounding aluminum with a toothpick and you can visibly see it. Below is a close up photo (best I can manage with my phone) where you can see the defect. I have submitted a request for help through the website contact form twice now. The 1st time I submitted with the issue "defective PSA product". I got a response telling me to submit the same form but with "request for repair" selected. Did that and haven't heard anything.  Please fix or replace this. |

I bought it in late 2020 direct from PSA and had it transferred to a pawn shop in apopka FL. I must have bought it under a different account login username. I have the serial number which you can use to verify who bought it. I will PM the serial number. I just now got around to building it. |
PM sent with serial number. Below is a pic of the whole receiver and you can see the first digits match what I PM'd you and that it is a PSA lower. I also managed to capture the little mound of aluminum sticking up in the bolt catch pocket.
