Has anyone had luck getting a response to "contact us" or on the telephone?  Larue didn't respond to contact us and the telephone number, 512-259-1585 is just a short  busy signal.   Their phone number is no longer on their website.  Are they still around, and if so, how do I get the replacement part that I need?  They used to have a great reputation, but something seems to be going on over there...

They no longer answer phones. If you email them expect a long wait. A week or two. I was able to get ahold of them last August for an issue through email. Once you have made contact with them through email they are more responsive. It’s not the same company it used to be. Their new sales model has them to busy on the retail level to handle the influx of inquiries. I did order a brake from them last week and it shipped same day. So they are fulfilling orders. Good luck

Well, that's not a good sign when service and support are cut and customers are abandoned.

Lots of companies are moving away from phone customer service, it eats up too much time.

A month later, update:  No answer from Laure to my website support submission.  Phone calls to Larue aren't even answered.

That's sad because casual people like me that may want a scope mount or something will se this and be like "Nope, I will just buy from another company"

Just like that, multiply that by a lot, and this is how companies dwindle away and reputations get tarnished.

Larue Tactical used to be a VERY well known and sought after company.  I have more of their mounts than I can think of off hand.  My next mount will be one of the other very reputable companies though.
