| I converted the SR25 Double mag pouch to an IFAK pouch. I started by punching a tear resistant slit in the base of the flap for shears. Then added multicam loop to the front. It's big enough for a Oleas 6" flat pack, Halo twin pack chest seals, 14 ga.decomp needle, Sharpie, ABD Trauma pad, Cat tourniquet, and a Z packed gauze in a zip lock sandwich bag with room to spare up top. |
