Hey all, I have a question about the Magpul PRS lite stock. I've had it for about a year or so and I like it quite a bit, however, today I was readjusting my comb height a bit and went to torque the comb height tension screw and as I was securing it, it lost all tension. Now the comb is useless and the screw in the back cannot be tightened, it's loose and won't go back in. I suppose it's possible I over-torqued it but I don't think so and nothing snapped or broke inside that I can see. Maybe a spring gave way? I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or if this is a lemon dynamic? Also will Magpul fix this/, replace it? I've never dealt with their customer service. Thanks |
| Did you overtorque the screw and break it? I ask because i saw one in the EE for sale this week for cheap because of this issue. I also did the same thing to mine and overtorqued it snapping the screw. Just a thought; i'm sure they will take care of you |
