The AP53 Pistol (Model HG7888-N ) is a powerfully compact pistol designed and built in Turkey by the professionals at MKE. Century Arms is in charge of importing it to the U.S.. It's chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO (not 9mm a la the AP5). The AP 53 pistol is directly inspired by the legendary HK33. It fuses reliability, acute precision, & a pretty innovative design. It's rocking the roller-delayed blowback system to boot, a really cool feature known for drastically reducing recoil along with muzzle rise.  |
