Hey, I've been trying to reach customer service all week and have been unsuccessful. I left a contact us on the website on the 20th and tried to call last week but got a message about everyone being at shot show (which I get). I tried to call today and both the tech support and warranty options say that there is no messages may be taken at this mailbox. I've tried a couple times throughout the day today and am not trying to call anyone out publicly, just being impatient and hoping someone here will have the parts I need or point me in the right direction. I ordered two complete uppers last fall in preparation of getting both a 203 and masterkey. One was from Brownells and one from Optics Planet. I specifically chose DD uppers with that rail because of the m203 mounting brackets built into the rail so I could mount them without having to use a QD mount or other mounting bracket. Last week I picked up my masterkey, all excited and such as one is when waiting for the ATF. I pulled the pinned and welded M4A1 FSP upper out of the box, removed the bottom rail and imagine my surprise when there are no parts to mount an underbarrel shotgun or grenade launcher. I went to the other upper (not FSP) and it also does not have the M203 mounting brackets. After some research, I saw on reddit that these are no longer being included commercially. Is this posted anywhere or official? It would have been nice to know, but I guess it's on me for assuming that they were included / installed. Attached File Does anyone know where / how I can get the mounting brackets? As I said, I've been trying to get a hold of DD but have not had any luck. I also don't love the fact that I will now have to disassemble factory uppers to put the brackets in...but whatever.  Thanks Tom |

| Sweet, thank you for getting back to me about it, form filled out. Can you confirm if these rails do / do not come with these parts normally anymore? If they are now omitted for commercial sales, does this extend to the ris3? |

But if you need it, we'll send it to you. |

But believe they are there. |
