Adco, waiting on stamp approval so looking to price out options on a cut and port vs finding a factory Colt 10.3 barrel and selling mine to offset. If my math is correct, the total for a cut/thread, dimple and porting would be $115 correct? Also clarification on porting, if I want a 0.070 port, do you also break/bevel the top edge(apologize, can’t remember the exact nomenclature of the procedure but it’s something crane/Colt did on their ports) Thanks! |

Just a follow up here; ending up buying an actual crane barrel, so now want a companion barrel for my FSP upper. I want to get the 16" barrel cut to 14.5", but want to replicate the usgi profile. Is THIS the correct service to reprofile the barrel to replicate the usgi profile? Visually looks correct, but since the description states this is for the AE collar, wasn't sure if this was just specific to the AE collar, or if it's a standard M4 profile. Thanks |
