Hello, I want to build an M16A4 clone. I'm having trouble finding 20" button-rifled FN barrel that has an FSB on it, so figure I'm going to have to get one cut in. I have several f-marked FSB that were take offs from other barrels (one a brand new, unfired barrel, others from used barrels). Do you find that those will generally work or does it have to be a brand new FSB? @BurtSaun1049 I have a new 20" FN barrel w/FSB but its marked FN HF MP 5.56 NATO 1/7 if that wont work there is no problem installing a new, undrilled FSB on the barrel you linked in the OP |

(may be hard to tell). My understanding is the issued ones were button rifled, and I'm somewhat autistic about these sorts of things. If it's button, I'd love to buy it from you. |

I personally have a barrel needing FSB pinned but I don’t want to remove the FF handguard. |
