Hi Capitol,
Haven't been able to get a response from Griffin Armament in their industry page, so trying with you. Do you have any experience with the gas blow back mitigation between the Recce 5 & M4SD II? I'm trying to decide between these two and the AAC M4-2000 for my 5.56 can. Looking for something sub 7" and 135dB or less. If you have another suggestion I'll take it. Thank you! |

Between the two, I don't have a preference in terms of blowback. That being said, there's two things I personally think come into play. One, I'm not sensitive to blowback at all. So I'm not the best person to ask on there, unless it's REALLY bad I tend to not notice it at all.
The other side, I think tuning a rifle properly generally sorts things out for most people in terms of blowback. Adjustable gas blocks, correct buffer setup, things like that seem to make a much bigger difference than the difference between most cans. |

Between the three suppressors, M4-2000, M4SD II, & Recce 5, do you have a suggestion or input that might help with my decision? What is I threw the M4SDk? Specs: Going on a 10.5" & 11.5" SBR 5.56, and 16" 5.56 just for a month during hunting season. |
