 Colt LE6920 M4 carbine (made in 2012) with new CAR-15 type (Colt Fiberlite type) synthetic buttstock made by B5 Systems from Brownells.  They're mil-spec size for mil-spec receiver extensions (buffer tubes), good quality, it have very very little movements, almost unnoticeable. I had one of these original on my first carbine Colt AR-15A2 Sporter II carbine I got new in 1985 and I remember it had only two positions and rattled badly. Great for retro builders and for early M4 carbines builds. |

This started out as a Colt LE6920 Trooper. I SBR'd it, tracked down a stripped Colt 11.5" Heavy Barrel. A very accurate carbine. Presently I have a 11.5" 6933 Barrel on the way which will hopefully lighten it up significantly.

I just took delivery of this 11.5" EPR upper which was a take-off from a complete SBR due to the Magpul sites and lack of box. Initial observations include cage code upper, sterile charging handle and bolt, faint dot matrix "C" on BCG. This has the new Centurion rail that does not have the ink-filled logo. Chamber appears to be factory test fired. Overall a very nice piece that I have been looking for ever since I purchased a 14.5" EPR upper. The plan is to install a KAC 3-prong flash hider so I can run my QDC CQB suppressor.         Cheers |

Some beautiful looking rifles in here! I have four Colts that I purchased from 2017 to 2018. One of which is the Colt SOCOM with Knights accessories. I’ll try and pull them out of the safe tonight and get some pics. I need to set them up with optics and slings. Thinking about taking one of them and do a form 1 and have the barrel cut down. |

 New upper half Colt LE6920-EPR with 16" standard gov't profile M4 barrel, it had from the factory a 13.5 inch Centurion CMR M-LOK rail but I replaced it with the same brand and model but longer 15 inch, got it at a great discount of the upper during the Labor Day sale. The Centurion rail from the factory is the latest production with only two fasteners design and no white markings, same as my 15" rail that I got earlier last February. The factory upper half had Colt cage codes on the upper receiver, barrel and charging handle. The upper receiver have square (Brass Aluminum) forge mark, the barrel had no date codes only the letter R at the chamber area, and the bolt carrier have C and bolt have very faint MPC. No BUIS set was included with the current conversion kits, I'm using my older Magpul MBUS Pro set. |

Home build. Upper and Barrel are cage coded. Barrel is SOCOM. Amazingly smooth shooter and lights out accurate.   6943   M4 build. Cage coded upper. C marked Socom barrel.   Identity crisis half breed A2 wanting to be an A1. Upper is all colt, lower is NoDak gray to match.    |

I'm posting this picture again of my B5 Systems reproduction of the Colt CAR-15 FiberLite N1 type buttstocks, very high quality from Brownells. If you're into retro builds these stocks are a good value and accurate in all details, see those two reinforcement webs below the tube, it looks just the same as the original Colt FiberLite stock.  My retired Colt 1911 MKIV Series '80 Government Model .45 race gun way back in 1985 with Wilson Combat match SS barrel and single compensator. All Wilson Combat competition parts, hammer, beavertail grip safety, trigger, magazine release, slide stop, SS two piece guide rod, original BO-MAR target adjustable rear sight, all Wolff springs, front strap 20 LPI checkering, beveled mag well, lowered and beveled ejection port, all components tightened and polished. |
