| Got a M4-1000 and would love to get a few latch replacement (18T) springs. Anybody have a source? So far I searched the entire internet and can't find any. |

I asked for new latch springs. You have to send it to the factory to have it replaced for $100 I believe. At least hats what they said for my m4-2000. This will be my third latch spring replacement. Funny thing is, I babied the second latch spring replacement which lasted for maybe 2 1/2 years. It’s a bit ridiculous. My m42k is a really great can besides this. Unfortunately sending it in every few years to get it replaced is not something I care to do for a lot of reasons. So unfortunately I’ll be looking @ surefire for my next 5.56 can. I really wish hey would get their latch spring teeth to be more durable. Doubtful this will happen. |
