Side note, anyone remember a year or two ago when I was able to rescue a pack dillo on eBay. I posted it here but it was still a little secret so I took it down. But then I forwarded it to a new deserving member. Just trying to remember the number or who the new guy at the time was.

#316 is alive and well. Saw this thread a few weeks ago but had been so long since I logged in in took a couple weeks to get the admins to make it happen.

Need to post a picture of some of the stuff from back in the day. Have the Larue scales, AR15.com survival kit, the aluminum hitch receiver logo and a AR lower receiver still in the wrap.... probably some other stuff I don't even remember.

I don't believe its SMOS, it was the first run they did (as far as I am aware) they did when they were still in NY or where ever before the relocated to TX.

SMOS is in Oregon and produced lowers for Larue until Mark started producing his own.

The ARFCOM lowers were made out of Farmington, NY (at least the ones I have), then by Armament Rifle when the Avilia's moved to Texas.

Que?

When the Pack was formed, they found ARF members that were in need, a sick child, wife in a car accident, ect. and a firemission was made and a need met.
Then the Pack split off from ARFCOM and started with the monthly 50/50.
I was all for anonymous raising of funds for a needy person, but making a monthly donation  while hoping to win some of that $$ back didn't sit right with me.

Giving from the heart should not put you in a lottery.

It was more fun being a participant in a group of men that were benevolent in helping others (via ARFCOM) as a need was identified.
It was less so as a monthly fundraiser.

Seems fairly noble to me as the "prize" was just a bonus and a small percentage of what was donated to worthy causes and individuals.

Most of this came from a dedicated group of under 100 individuals. It was never about "winning" the gift card IMHO.

50/50

Team Ranstad $36,489.00
Camp Patriot $35,636.00
Task Force Dagger $38683.00
Proud Warrior $25,633.00
Spec Op’s Axe Fund $1,545.00
Military Working Dog Foundation $944.00
USMC Scholarship Foundation $1,770.00
WWP $1,013.00
Shadow Warriors Project $1,705.00
Total $143,418.00
50/50 winners gift cards $35,616.00
Special OP’s outside of the 50/50 paid directly to members in need $10,505.00

This does not include special OP’s conducted by other members and I know there have been a few.

Pretty good. Oldest son (23) and I work together at UP. Second son (19) in nursing school but trying to get on with UP. Then 3 daughters, 2,4, and 6 with another on the way in May. I'm severely out numbered at home but it's been a blast.

Nebraska isn't too bad, but I do wish there were more to do around here. I am a member of a really nice gun range and can take all the toys out to play, including the LT 300blk SBR that you all know about, that now has an FRT and CAT ODB.

Overall life is pretty good for now, will see if that holds true as AI begins to take over the world.

Wasn't too bad. Procedure was nothing, the couple days of feeling like I got kicked in the balls was the worst part and even that wasn't so bad. 100% would recommend. Should've done it when I turned 18

This does not include special OP’s conducted by other members and I know there have been a few.

Can't remember but what was the check we sent to Victoria? $10k?

I cant recall specifically but it was the proceeds from the July 50/50, plus and additional 2k from a separate dedicated OP IIRC.
