| I am thinking about getting a LAR 8 in the 20" A4 configuration , with the standard looking 2 piece plastic handguards. Will AR15 handguards, mainly a kac rifle length M5 ras, 2 piece drop in work on the LAR8? |

Standard molded rifle-length handguards will drop right in, but a rifle-length drop-in AR15 RAS would have to be modified to work. You would have to open the groove for the "teeth" on the barrel nut, and you may have to remove parts of bth the upper and lower heat shields to clear the larger diameter barrel. It shpuld fit fine on the front triangular handguard cap.
