Someone started a thread about RRA 22 lr uppers.  I am more interested in the complete rifles.  The CMP trainer looks great!  When will these start shipping into the distribution network?

I am told that they should be ready to start shipping against the current orders.
Thanks.

FWIW - it's now late April and I still do not see these rifles actually for sale anywhere.  Have these actually been shipped into your distributer/dealer network?

For the most part, we are dealer direct.  The only way you would normally see one at a dealer would be if that dealer ordered one.
We do have some master dealers who resell to other dealers, but not too many of them.
A few have shipped, but we have not started shipping them in large quantities, yet.
Thanks.

We are building and shipping LAR-22s, and have a decent inventory of them, both rifles and upper halves, at our store front at Camp Perry.

Spent several hours at the range yesterday at the OSG Writers Roundtable.  Amongst other rifles there for attendees to shoot was one of the 22l1289 22LR CMP Training Rifles.  That muzzle does not move.  Fast and accurate.
Also had one of the 6.5 Creedmoor RBG-1 Rock Bolt Guns, a couple RRAge rifles and carbines, a BT-9 pistol and carbine, and one of our 450BM rifles.
Once one of the writers doped out the hold at 500 yards (max distance at the range)with the bolt gun,, almost everyone was hitting it consistently.
A lot of fun to get out of the office, shoot aned talk with the writers, range staff, some of the great folks at Brownells, etc...

What does the bolt/barrel interface look like?  Does it use a collar like CMMG?  Some pictures of the internals would be nice.

I'll see what I can come up with.

I am interested in a dedicated 22lr rifle for winter high power practice. I can’t find any info on the LAR-22 besides RRA. Seeing better photos and reviews would be helpful.

Writers review either what they want to review or what their editors assign them.  With the SHOT Show opening tomorrow, and both writers and editors coming through our booth, you're likely to see some T&E and demo requests by both,  which means articles 3-4 months down the road.
I believe that there is at least one LAR-22 CMP rifle that has gone out to a writer, but I'm not sure when, or when the article will be out.

Bringing up and old thread because I noticed a mention of the LAR22 in the American Rifleman.  Are these really in production?  I can find lots of your 223 product available for sale on the internet but nothing in 22lr.  What is going on here?  For example Buds has dozens of your rifles in 223/556 but zero in 22 lr.
