| Popped in here to give BAD kudos for a recent issue I had with a broken safety lever. I was tightening a short lever on a BAD-ASS-PRO ambi safety when part of the dovetail sheared off. I emailed BAD after business hours, and to my surprise they responded within a few hours saying they'd cover it. They were professional and courteous, and had a replacement part in my mailbox a few days later at no cost to me. With good service becoming rarer and rarer these days, I appreciate that @BAD. |
