Cool to see these back in stock! I hope these are pretty! I would have done a $20 hand pick option, but that wasn't an option on these. Didn't need another pistol, but AIM Surplus and Beretta both have a habit of sucking me back in! |

Picked mine up yesterday, cleaned it up and ready to shoot now. Here are a few photos. Sharp edges have loss of bluing but that’s to be expected. There was some loss of bluing inside and on the frame rail I assume from slide friction. I had a couple photos of the slide but those were too large to include. Nothing too surprising with them. Grip screws may be the worst of it, but not too bad. (any leads on replacement sources? Edit - never mind, many source incl. MidwayUSA)) Anyone know how to estimate date of manufacture? (just curious) Interesting that the importer of the surplus pistols appears (engraved post-manufacture in right side of slide) to be Beretta USA. Off topic but I just bought a police trade in Sig P320 from AimSurplus this weekend, it shipped Monday and I have it in my hand as of this morning. Great company, fast shipping, pistol is just as described with serial number matching OEM hard case. I highly recommend Aim Surplus. **Edit** It was at my FFL yesterday but I was busy all day. |
