Hypothetical scenario and a question… •Approved Form 4 in “State A” (to “State A” resident) •Approved 5320.20 permanent move to “State B” •“State A” resident agrees to sell item to “State B” resident Does the item need to go on a Form 3 to “State A” dealer @HansohnBrothers or is it now an “in-state B” deal that only requires one stamp? Thanks! |
