the older tube-type handguard would be the easiest, but is there a way to get a quad rail that will fit behind the factory railed gas block? I'm looking for rail space on the bottom of the handguard

I found this rail 308A0010GA, will it sit behind the A4 railed gas block? no length is given other than "rifle"

The rifle-length Advanced Half Quad is still available, and we should have something new for you in rifle length in four to six weeks.
A number of other companies (JP, Daniel Defense, Midwest Industries amongst them) have also made LAR-8 specific handguards over thre years as well...just make sure thata you get the LAR-8 barrel nut. It's critical to safe installation and operation. Steve/RRA |
