I returned a BFG Tracer pack back in October. Zipper came unstiched from the main bag section. I thought that it could be repaired under the lifetime warranty. Was contacted by "returns" that the zipper could not be fixed. I asked that they just send it back. I can't get any response to multiple emails. All I want is the bag back. RMA # is 100467 Can anyone that checks this board help me out? |
